Board Members
Eric has two boys who play lacrosse, Archie (2025), and Emmett (2028). This is his 9th year with the program and fourth year as part of the Board. He also is a coach for the 6th grade team. During the day, Eric works from home (like seemly everyone) as a digital strategist for EY.
This is Betsy's 7th year with Strongsville Lacrosse. She has helped grow the girls side of the program over the past seven years and is proud to have over 70 girls playing. As VP, she schedules fields/games and works with our coaches, leagues, city, school and community partners. She has a 10th grader, Samantha, playing for Strongsville High School and Lillian (2026) who has been playing since 2nd grade. In my professional life I am the Parks and Recreation Commissioner for the City of North Olmsted.
Erin has one son that has been playing lacrosse for Strongsville since the 3rd grade and one daughter who has played 6th through 8th grade. Herf older daughter now plays for the Lady Mustangs lacrosse team as a goalie. As Secretary she is looking forward to seeing this organization grow and provide another avenue of sports for young kids. In her professional life she is the corresponding secretary for the Strongsville Women’s League and works as a Senior Loan Closer.
Don has twin daughters that started playing in 2016 as 3rd graders and he then started volunteer coaching one year later in 2017. Professionally he work in IT as a Systems Admin.
Michelle has two children in the lacrosse program, Ava (2026) who has been playing since 4th grade, and Lucas (2029) started his lacrosse career in 2nd grade. Her family was new to the sport, and instantly hooked jumping in to help anyway we could. The past two years she has headed up team apparel on the girls' side, and look forward to being this year's operations manager for the entire Association. In my professional life I own my Interior Design company. Go Mustangs!
Tammy has two children that play for the Strongsville. Carter (2027) is in his fourth year, and Leighton (2029), is in her second year. Her whole family is invested in the program and are determined to see its continued success. This is her first-year with the Board and is responsible for group communications as well as player recruitment and retention. In her professional life, Tammy is a Medical Device Representative.
